In fact anything you would expect from your own HR Department but at a fraction of the cost so if it is not listed here, please ask
As the name suggest, this is time that you buy for a specific need or for a specific task e.g. creating a ‘Contract of Employment’.
You don’t need to book it in advance as you probably didn’t realise you may have needed it. However, help is always there.
This is your own dedicated Consultant HR Director
At a fraction of the cost of an employed HR Director working with you through strategic business change, growth and all manner of People related projects which can include mentoring your own HR team so they can eventually ‘step up’ to take over. Completely flexible arrangements can be agreed either on or offsite, as and when required so just get in touch to find out more.
Remember all first meetings and consultations are ALWAYS free.
If you are the unlucky recipient of what is known as an ET1, it means an employee or ex-employee wishes to pursue a claim against you in an Employment Tribunal.
You cannot afford to ignore these important documents but you may not be aware that you can decide to respond to claims made against you without instructing expensive legal teams.
Contact us for help and we can provide an initial assessment of your case (and your chances of winning it). Subject to the specifics of the case we can:
- Draft the ET3 for you
- Help you gather the evidence you may need to defend the claim
- Help you in the ACAS conciliation process
- Give you an honest assessment of the merits of the claim
- Support you through the entire process
