This is time you can reserve to use as and when you need it

Flexi hours can be purchased up-front to guarantee availability and any unused time can be carried over and used for up to one year from the date of purchase. Time is chargeable in 15 minute slots so it is a great way to purchase support and guarantee you will get it when you need it, regardless of what you need it for.

Book Olyvetree HR Flexi Hours in 15 minutes slots from £25 per slot or if you prefer you can book Flexi Hours in blocks of half days (3.5 hours) or full days (7 hours) to secure discounted rates.

As the name suggest, this is time that you buy for a specific need at a specific time

It is not bookable in advance probably because you didn’t realise you may have needed it. However, help is always there if you need it and the slots are charged in exactly the same way as Flexi Hours but cost a little bit more with 15 minutes slots from £35 per slot. Again, half-day and full day options are available (and generally work out cheaper) so please contact us for a guideline price.

This is your own dedicated Consultant HR Director

At a fraction of the cost of an employed HR Director working with you through strategic business change, growth and all manner of People related projects which can include mentoring your own HR team so they can eventually ‘step up’ to take over. Completely flexible arrangements can be agreed either on or offsite, as and when required so just get in touch to find out more.

Remember all first meetings and consultations are ALWAYS free.
